Holland Ports Meeting Adds A Subtraction Of Its Own

Japan isn't the only country playing host to an important meeting on global emissions. The world's ports authorities are gathering in Rotterdam in the Netherlands to work out a plan for reducing CO2 emissions produced by some 100,000 ships sailing global waters.
