China Needs Helping Walking the Western Talk

The world of green is full of new ideas; but sometimes the old ideas work fine - if they're followed through. This may be the way to stave off the imminent 'Chinese environmental catastrophe'. World governments implore China to curb its pollution; but they don't offer any assistance in seeing through on measures already taken; the developed world could do more by helping the Chinese government implement the environmental laws it has already passed.
