With both Presidential candidates tacking to the center, the line of ideas between them can get awfully faint. But the candidates still have clear differences when it comes to the environment and America's energy future: Obama wants government funding for alternative energy development and mandates for lower fuel consumption; while McCain wants to rely on government incentives and market forces to boost energy supplies and efficiency levels.
