Developing Nations Don't Sign On With G-8

If you weren't already bummed by the absence of short term goals in the G-8 emissions targets, here's some extra fodder for disappointment. Developing countries didn't even sign on to the modest targets that did emerge from the summit, as China, India and other emission heavy nations on rejected key elements of the strategy embraced by the group.
