Pristine Section of Canada Now Permanently Protected

A large section of a 620 mile-wide band of mostly coniferous trees, which has remained almost entirely undisturbed for the last 10,000 years ago, has been granted permanent protection from tree harvesting and mining as part of a plan to combat climate change.
