Even Iraq Is Going Green

Iraq suffers constantly from electricity shortages; but since there's no lack of sunshine, the country is embracing solar energy. The reasons for going green, however, are far from environmental; the Iraqis are looking to improve security - which means somehow building more street lights using a national grid already short on electricity.
